When I first started playing MSP on my first account, there's only two things I wanted: Clothes and A Pet. I did my tasks and as soon as I had enough SC, I bought my first pet PuddinPops.
She's a pretty cute and common boonie, but I soon came to realize that I'm not VIP and rich. Having a pet as a newbie/ normal player can be difficult.
So I'm made this list on my experience with pets as a normal player:
Pros:
- When you have a pet you have a chance to go to another chatroom called "Pet Park."
- Being in The Pet Park let's you have an easier time getting star coins from loving other pets.
- Leveling up your pet unlocks fun tricks for them to do and you earn star coins from it.
- It gives you something fun to do for your pet (washing, playing and feeding) when you have nothing else to do on MSP.

Cons:
- Their are very expensive to buy.
- Feeding them can cost you a lot of star coins.
- Since each pet can eat up to 4-6 pieces of food and they get hungry everyday. That can really add up in a lose for you.
- Walking around them to any other chatroom can be a bother, especially if someone does a diamond ride and you can't click on the pile of coins because your cute pet is in front of it.( happened to me loads of times).

Hunger Pet is SUPER Hungry that I'm almost broke. ;-;------------Pets are adorable and fun to have but it can be boring after awhile and when you realize their killing your star coins for chickens, you just want to forget about them. You can forget about feeding them for awhile though, but that will make them sick and it'll cost you 20 star coins to make them better. >-<
If you are a vip, it's kinda easier have a pet since you get Daily Coins and you get to spin the VIP Wheel for even more SC to feed them with.
